Grey fabrics are produced on demand according to the production process and order quantity provided by the master. The warp knitting machines are conventional 28G, 32G, and 36G models. Weft knitting traditional 19G, 24G, 28G, 32G, 36G, and 40G models. The Warp and weft yarns are knit on different looms (warp knitting and weft knitting use large circular machines) with varying weaving parameters. Some fabrics need to be raised in the production process to enhance their thickness, warmth, or feeling. The material passes through a set of raising rollers covered with wire clothing and uses the mechanical action of the raising clothing to even pick out the fibers from the yarn so that a layer of fluff is produced on the cloth surface. Several raising equipment is often connected as a group for production to improve production efficiency.
For finished fabrics, the setting is the last link in the material through the setting of machine temperature, speed, overfeeding, and other indicators. Adjust the door width and weight of the fabric and additional functions, such as moisture absorption and quick drying, waterproof, fireproof, UV protection, etc.
Rolling inspection is the last step before shipment. According to the customer’s request, it will be inspected when moving, labeled, packaged, and counted. Awaiting shipment.
